Breath of Fresh Air

Terry Gross, host of NPR's Fresh Air, is simply one of the best interviewers alive. She holds her own with politicians and experts in every field and even made Tracy Morgan cry. But even if you're not into podcasts (which is like saying "I don't like having information and entertainment with me everywhere I go because I'm a terribly boring person," just for the record) you should still probably check out her show dedicated to the latest and last of the Johnny Cash American Recordings, Volume VI: Ain't No Grave. Gross replays a revealing and tear-jerking interview with Cash from 1997 and then talks with famed producer and brainchild behind the American Recordings series, Rick Rubin.
